Local Pick-Up
For orders containing stock items and cut-to-size sheets, they are typically prepared within a few hours. Once ready, you will receive an email notification prompting you to collect your order. When arriving for pickup, please bring either the email confirmation or your order number along with a valid ID. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, kindly provide them with the order number.
In cases where a courier is collecting the order, they must also present the order number upon arrival. Given the potential size of some items, we recommend arranging suitable transportation in advance. Our team is available to assist with loading your vehicle; simply park in the back of our store upon arrival.
Please note that our pickup hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Sales Tax
We adhere to California state regulations by collecting sales tax on all orders that are either picked up in-store or shipped within California. Our checkout system is designed to automatically apply the appropriate sales tax based on your shipping destination.
Currently, we only accept California Sales Tax Exemption Form for in-store pickups only.

Order Lead Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will promptly receive your tracking information.
Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping to addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of the continental US.
We offer a range of shipping options, including ground, express, and overnight delivery, and we will provide tracking information for all shipments. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. We may also need to request additional information or verification before processing your order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Return Policy
While return requests are not advised, we evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for sheets that have been modified in any way from their original condition, such as, but not limited to; mishandling markings, missing pieces, or lifted protection masking. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping expenses, including any applicable surcharges imposed by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Product
Our team takes pride in ensuring the utmost safety in packaging our products. However, we do not control how shipping carriers choose to handle the package. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to conduct an immediate inspection. Should you see any issues or damages, please reach out to us within 3 business days of the delivery date. This allows us to swiftly assess and address the matter. When contacting us via email, please include your name and order number. If you may also attach images of the damage, that will speed up the process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
